Rowena lives in Mutitjulu with her husband and two children. She is the cousin sister of PeiPei Carroll the well known elder and Artist from Ernabella. She was taught to weave by their grandmother, and pays particular attention to the blending of her colors with wool, painting her characters with the colors of country.
Rowena is a friendly, warm woman with a love for life, and a pride in being able to earn income for her family from her weaving.
