Tjulkiwa Atira Atira was born near Pukatja (Ernabella, SA) in the early 1950s. Her mother, Kuntjiria Mick, is a renowned basket maker, whose works are in private collections, including the Laverty Collection. Tjulkiwa lived in Ernabella for much of her life, and moved to Pipalyatjara in 2006.
