Domestic Freight

Tjanpi Desert Weavers freights all domestic online orders weighing under 1kg (inclusive of packaging) via Australia Post, whilst anything over 1kg will be sent via Fedex/TNT Road Express. Please note that Fedex/TNT cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. 

Due to our remote location in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), Northern Territory, postage to other non-capital cities and remote locations can be expensive, particularly with rising courier costs. We update our automated online shipping rates regularly and according to external costs (what we are charged per order), however we cannot accurately and comprehensively estimate all freight charges given the huge variation of delivery locations around Australia. If your delivery location will incur a particularly high freight charge as quoted at the time of processing, we may notify you of the price difference between what was paid in your online order and what is quoted. If you wish to proceed with the added cost we will organise payment with you directly.

 

International Freight

International postage fees can vary considerably depending on the dimensions and weight of your order and the delivery location. We may reach out should your online automated shipping fee not cover the true cost of postage quoted at the time of processing.
